I wish I had better news for you, fellow vegans, but it is not quite so easy to be vegan in Savannah. Not easy but not out of the question! I had some very delightful eats here.
The Sentient Bean http://www.sentientbean.com/
This is the type of place that if I lived here, I would be here all the time. My second home. My Cheers, if you will. The atmosphere is very relaxed, there are some couches, lots of space, an outdoor area...and delicious vegan options! Although they don't have EVERYTHING, such as vegan cream cheese, they have tofu scramble options. Which is what I went straight for!

This is called the Big Daddy with substituted tofu scramble. And yes, folks, that is Daiya cheese! Yum! With the name Big Daddy, I did expect something...well...big lol. The size, however, was anything but. That is my only gripe so in my opinion it was a win! The sandwich was delicious and ended up to be just filling enough that I could overlook the size (mostly). My favorite thing about this place is being able to sit with a mug of coffee as big as your face and people watch. :)
Kayak Kafe http://www.eatkayak.com/
This place is located right smack dab in the middle of the touristy/popular downtown area and was one of the only places I found with vegan options. Gripe is it is not a vegetarian establishment.

This is the tofu wrap I ordered here! Big chunks of tofu and fresh veggies,
it was very delicious and filling with just the right amount of seasoning to not taste saturated, which can happen a lot. Thumbs up!
